ST Bar Ranch is committed to
ethically raising natural beef without hormones or unnecessary antibiotics and to being stewards of the land with responsible grazing practices.

Your purchase gives back to the community. 10% of all our beef is donated to individuals and families in our community who face food insecurity.

If you are interested in purchasing directly from our ranch, we sell 100 pound (approx.) variety boxes (1/4 beef) which include about 30 lbs steaks, 40 lbs roasts, and 30 lbs ground beef (sealed in 1 lb packages). We also offer a Steaks & Ground option- your 1/4 steer is processed into approx. 30 lbs steaks and 45 lbs ground.
We deliver locally and invite you, as our customer, to take a tour of our ranch in order to feel more connected to the animals and land that nourish you. Please go to Our STore to place a deposit for beef available in December, 2026 and call us with any questions at all.
