OUR STEERS
Our herd is composed of Highland or Highland-Cross cattle. Our cattle are raised naturally without hormones or antibiotics. We treat our animals with care from birth to processing, working hard to reduce the level of stress they encounter throughout their lives- Happy cows means healthier meat!

Grazed
Responsibly
We utilize restorative agriculture practices, such as rotational grazing and providing 'rest' periods for our pastures to restore nutrients and improve soil health.
Bale Grazing
We feed hay in winter to keep our cattle
nourished and warm. Our Bale Grazing techniques minimize vehicle compaction of the soil and promote localized manure distribution which enhances soil quality.
