A 100 lb Variety Box (approximately ¼ of a steer), which includes about 30 lbs steaks, 40 lbs roasts, and 30 lbs Ground Beef (1 lb packages).  Our cattle are raised naturally without hormones or antibiotics. 
 
Meat arrives frozen, wrapped in portions for 2 people and requires about 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space. We can deliver anywhere in Gallatin or Madison Counties.
 
25% deposit ($300) required with remainder due upon delivery or pick up.
