A 240 lb Variety Box (approximately 1/2 of a steer), which includes 80 lbs steaks, 60 lbs roasts, and 100 lbs burger (1 lb packages). Beef is grass fed, grain finished and meat is dry aged. Our cattle are raised naturally without hormones or antibiotics. 
 
Meat arrives frozen, wrapped in portions for 2 people and requires about 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space. We can deliver anywhere in Gallatin or Madison Counties.
