A 75 lb Variety Box (approximately 1/4 of a steer), which includes about 30 lbs steaks and 45 lbs Ground Beef (1 lb packages).  Our cattle are raised naturally without hormones or antibiotics. 
 
Meat arrives frozen, wrapped in portions for 2 people and requires about 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space. We can deliver anywhere in Gallatin or Madison Counties.
 
$300 deposit required with remainder due upon delivery or pick up.
